"Lovely resort with amazing staff. Only issue I had was USB charging stations didn’t work. You need the cube which i unfortunately didn’t have and it was difficult to locate a charger on resort we had to obtain one when we went into town on an excursion"

"The TRS pool was amazing and they had fun aqua activities during the day like aerobics and water bike class. Overall the service was amazing no matter where you were from the check-in, to shops, to dining and concierge. The resort was pristine everywhere. The only little hiccup was waiting for shuttles to take you from different areas, sometimes the wait was a little long in the heat but it wouldn't deter me from staying again! Shout out to Angel at the front desk, Adrian at concierge and David and Cielo at Villa 59 and the entire staff at Helios for exceptional service!"
