"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "The so-called hotel is actually a service apartment. THE ROOM ALLOTED TO US WAS SO SMALL THAT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MOVE AROUND THE BED. THERE WAS NO PROVISION TO MAKE TEA/COFFEE IN THE ROOM.
