"I checked in at 8:30, so they didn’t give me the room I paid for. They said any check in after 8:00 they don’t guarantee the room you already paid for. They moved me to cheaper room and the room smell slightly like smoke. I usually enjoy my stay there , but this time I was pretty frustrated."
