A good hotel for a business trip. I would not recommend for a leisure stay. The neighborhood is not that great. A topless joint and gay bar across the street. The breakfast there is $20 and very mediocre. The staff was nice. The room was fine. I’d stay again when business takes me to Minneapolis but I’d check elsewhere first.

The room was clean and decor was tasteful. Bed and linens were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was good. One of our favorite amenities was the filtered water and ice dispenser on each floor - including self service carafe. Downtown does come with some street noise - particularly on weekends. Staff were accommodating and put us in a room on a higher floor and a travel white noise device is always helpful. The area of downtown is very walkable and there are several restaurants and coffee shops within one mile.
