"Not so good"

"Check in was a nightmare - "express" was what they call it and more than half of their kiosks were down - could only access one room - had to go to counter and check in guy was rude - pool was a joke - 23 lounge chairs at each pool for more than 2000 rooms - 20 cabanas that were empty - 8 canopy beds with 3 rented - then it lost water for more than 24 hours ... I will never stay here again - just not worth it "

"Booked a room with 2x Queen beds, gave us a room with 2x double beds even after double checking at check in. Had to request a different room the next day. Free parking was handy. Pool was nice but too small and busy to swim in. No fridge in room was inconvenient. A bit of a walk to the centre of the strip."

"I had to wait two hours to check in. There was a water outage from midnight till early morning. The shower was terrible because the water was pushing so strong, like the fire department hose, I could not even stand relaxed to enjoy a good shower. I told the house keeping about the issue they did not even bother to fix turn down the water a little bit. At the reservation they list amenities the pool included, they do not even have a pool, they were having construction in the pool area, there was no pool at all. The teller at the registration was rude, the parking attendant was rude, overall, it was unfriendly environment. I will never stay at Luxor hotel again."
