"Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not match the price of this hotel. For a property at this price point, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. When we checked in, we immediately noticed several issues: dust above the bed headboards, a used glass with a hair tie left by the window from previous guests, and visible grime and pink mold along the shower door and showerhead. The bathroom surfaces also appeared poorly cleaned. In addition, one of the electrical outlets on the nightstand did not work, which made it difficult to charge phones overnight. The Bellagio is known as a luxury hotel, and given the nightly rate, basic room cleanliness and functionality should be a given. Unfortunately, the room did not reflect the level of quality expected for the price."
