"Our room was on the 4th floor and overlooked the linq promenade it was nice during the day but the music was so loud from 7 am until 4 am we couldn’t sleep. The workers in the little convenience store were very rude and not helpful and sell defective vapes and lighters. The room itself was clean. And the self check in and check out was easy to deal with"

"Great location! Lots to do in area. Room was nice and clean. Easy to walk to many things. Expensive- NA beer, double vodka soda and vodka soda by pool was $86!!!! However, it is Vegas!"

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. Our stay at Paris Las Vegas was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The problems started at check-in. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. after a long day of travel and were told our room was not ready for about an hour. The front desk line was incredibly long, and it was obvious the hotel was overwhelmed and understaffed. Guests were waiting 30 minutes or more just to speak with someone. What happened next was far worse. During the night, while my daughter and I were asleep in our room, SOMEONE ENTERED OUR ROOM WHILE WE SLEPT AND STOLE OUR BELONGINGS. My wallet and my daughter’s purse were taken. She lost credit cards, her driver’s license, passport, keys, and laptop. I lost cash, my license, and credit cards. We woke up around 3:30 a.m. to leave for early flights and discovered everything was gone. We had to cancel our flights, rebook new ones at our own expense, deal with fraudulent credit card charges, file police reports, and spend hours trying to recover our property. Some of the stolen items were later found back on hotel property, but cash, IDs, and credit cards were missing. With hindsight, the hotel did not feel secure. Access to the room floors seemed too easy, and our room door did not always shut properly unless it was pulled closed carefully. No guest should ever have to go through this. We left feeling violated, unsafe, and deeply disappointed. Stay somewhere else. "

"It was an excellent experience! We were checked in by Nahom; he was able to combine our reservations for the week and was extremely helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Our complete stay was from 4/27-5/1/2 2026. "

"Mandalay Bay was not what I had hoped it would be. The ice maker on our floor was broken and it was next to impossible to get any ice. Our view was horrible…no strip or pool view…just a roof and a parking garage. It had a minimum of bathroom’s on the casino floor an d took forever to walk to any of them. None of the property fountains were running and all of the plastic plants were dusty and very fake looking."

"Room we got was not cleaned found someone’s pills on a table and floor needed to be vacuumed Tv needed to be fixed waited about a half hour to get fixed no one came to vacuum the floor Only got help from one person on your staff he was a bellhop named Kevin very very nice guy "
