"The room was not close to the one showed in the pic during the booking. Room had leftover things from previous occupant. Which they removed once notified. The additional charges were quiet a bit more than double mentioned on expedia after the reservation. Room service staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to strip but surprisingly not crowded at all even though it was weekend.Loved the Chinese New Year decor "

"Stayed at the tower really nice ! Have to try the Tender Steak House Was Really Good ! Only down fall no mini fridge or microwave so can’t take anything bake to your room to eat. Great stay overall ! "

"Housekeeping was hit or miss if it came. They also have signed everyone to speed up checking in to scan QR code but it doesn’t work. Stood in long line for 1 hr at midnight with 3 front desk clerks. Checking out says you can do on your phone or Tv butttttt it said it wasn’t working so again stood in line. Least they had 10(!) clerks working am fo no line "
