"the hotel is old and outdated. Dirty chairs in our room. 3 pools and kids allowed in all of them. I have a large fraud charge on my credit card that the manager tells me it not from them. The charge states Excalibur Front desk. Front desk was helpful when our room keys stopped working twice."

Seeing a premier resort offer such strong support and recognition for the military community means a lot. Can't wait for the next visit!"

"The room was very small, but clean. We were surprised and sad that there was no coffee maker in the room. We got there an hour early and were told we would have to pay $25 for an early check-in, even though they had rooms available. I've never experienced that at any hotel. We got a good price on the room, but the lack of amenities and small size made it not worth it."

"We had an amazing time there. We explored other hotels/casinos while we were there and there are some really cool ones but we are so happy we chose planet Hollywood. It’s connected to the miracle mile shops. It’s in the middle of the strip so easy access to places. Highly recommend staying there."
