"Excellent staff and property, but one major hygiene concern ​We recently stayed at the property and found it to be very nice. The entire staff was incredibly professional and very attentive to our room needs—the service was truly excellent. ​However, I do have one complaint regarding an incident in the casino. We witnessed a guest at one of the card tables letting his dog drink water directly out of a hotel glass. This was highly unpleasant and unhygienic, considering those glasses are meant for human guests. I hope management addresses this with their floor staff to ensure health and safety standards are strictly maintained."
