"Unlike other hotels we had stayed in on the same trip to the UK, this hotel had not posted on Expedia that over half the rooms are windowless. Thankfully, the front desk had the availability to switch us as my partner let them know it was too claustrophobic for me, but when another hotel on the same trip lets you avoid booking a windowless room if you didn’t want one, it feels like they should do the same.
