"I’ve stayed here a fair bit and it’s usually good but this trip was awful, they are doing renovations in the foyer and the noise was awful, how the staff can work in that I don’t know AND no warning on their website . We had a room with not hot water and then moved to one with aircon not working, the second room was really badly maintained. Terrible stay this time!"

I was confused on check in as I checked in online a day prior to coming but was asked to check in again on arrival? Don’t bother checking in online, just check in at the desk, it’s very quick."

"It is a very well located hotel, but quite dowdy and lacking charm. Good staff, but situated in an area with very limited dining options. Hotel restaurant okay in absence of choice outside. "

"Honestly the stay wasn’t what we expected. The first room on street side was awfully loud with a dripping tap. Was then moved to another room which was inaccessible for me as everything was too low (obviously for a person of great needs or in a wheelchair) which is understandable but really hard given the amount of bending. The third room also had issues with no hot water in the sink. Over all it wasn’t great."

"We were in room 6 ground floor family room The toilet leaked every time we flushed, our sink plug did not lift up to allow water to drain There was alot of drilling and banging in the next room which went on for several hours, which also caused alot of discomfort for my son with additional needs I believe we should not of been given a room next to one that had work being done to it. We also got awoken by other customers being extremely loud, dancing shouting and singing at 1 am. There was no one at the desk to ask them to leave, they stayed for over an hour which made our stay even worse. The breakfast was ok, we had to ask for butter to be put out and for the bread bin to be refilled. I myself am a vegetarian, there's was no vegetarian sausages or alternative, if this is not the case it did not specify that there was a vegetarian option available . We come to London very often but have never stayed in canary wharf previously, I can firmly say we will not be staying again, we could not wait to leave so much so that our check out was noon but we left at 830am."
