"This is an exceptional hotel! The room was clean, modern and the view of the river Thames was pure perfection. I highly recommend this hotel and can guarantee that you will not be disappointed! I would like to thank the staff for the warm welcome as well as a special thanks to Musab who delayed my check out time when I explained that my flight back home had been delayed. Thank you!"

"Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

"Good location, wifi not great and my room was facing a builders yard so very noisy late in to the evening. Can also hear every door in the corridor slamming shut. "

"there was a gum stain on the ground of our room, our room was quite hot (the ac did not work), and the room had run out of soap before we got there. however the staff were incredibly kind, and the general vibe was good. thank you!"

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY, WONDERFUL LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS, PUBS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND PADDINGTON STATION LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK .MUSEUMS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE ALSO NEARBY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC, HALI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CANT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN LONDON ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
