"Our first room was filthy- the ‘cleaning rag’ was even left in the bathroom which turned out to be a dirty pillow case. Was moved to a different room and was told we would have that room for the remainder of our stay. However, was told the next morning we had to move and was left without a room for the day until after 3pm. The put up bed for my 7 year old was not in the room. Took us telling reception 3 times and it was eventually brought to the room at 8:30pm. Very outdated rooms and not as expected. Breakfast also not worth the money. Reception staff unhelpful."

Some staff seemed very new this time (we found it difficult to order a cup of coffee up to the room - called front desk and the first time what arrived was bags of instant) but all tried and were super friendly. "Great location , handy to tubes/ overground . Bars and restaurants nearby . Room was clean and nice but very small . No drawers or shelving to put clothes on and not enough floor space to have suitcases open . "

"Was a lovely clean room. Great view across London. Only slight thing that didn’t seem to work properly was temperature control as was very hot over night and didn’t have a tea/coffee making facilities. But that’s it, greatly situated, comfy bed and nice shower. Would def go back "
