"The staff was very helpful, noticed we were an "older" couple and changed our assigned room from one where we would need to navigate a few stairs to one that didn't. Secured our bags as we arrived early. Also, great location! Near two tube stations (Charring Cross and Embankment) as well as all the bus stops at Trafalgar Square."
