Excellent stay. Everything was really good — the room was clean and the reception was welcoming. It would be nice if a tissue box and a cupboard were provided in the room. Overall, the experience was smooth and I will definitely book again in the future..

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. Receptionist on shift was very abrupt and rude and clearly miserable in her job. Room was absolutely immaculate, beware parking is £20 flat fee for up to 24 hours.

Clean, basic hotel for a 1-night stopover with minimum fuss. Special provisions during covid (e.g. assisted buffet),. Main issue is that it is on a busy dual carriageway and we had to drive 4-5 times in the opposite direction to which we wanted to drive, which meant on exiting the hotel, we had to drive a couple of miles the "wrong way", before we could do a U-turn to go towards central London. This in traffic added at least 20 minutes to each time we needed to "pop out". So make sure that wherever you're going from the hotel, it's in the direction of the road, especially if you have to make several trips, say shopping, etc.

I did not expect less of this hotel, but what did surprise me was the friendly and curtious staff who greeted me with a smile, had a real conversation which made me feel home away from home. Breakfast was so tasty and hud such a wide selection. Thank you Holiday Inn for making my stay memorable

This is a solid choice. The hotel is clean, has the facilities you expect at the price and friendly staff. I found the breakfast OK, if a little lacklustre, (rubbery scrambled eggs from sitting in the hot tray too long). Location is excellent for the Central Line, being a three-minute walk from Newbury Park tube station.

Anytime we travel to London ( from the U.S), Holiday Inn, Newbury Park has been our London address and that’s true only place friends and family, will come looking for us.
