"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"The location was very convenient- near subway and buses and the theaters. Check in was quick and easy - our room was even ready ahead of time. They offer happy hour daily with $7/$8 drinks and give an additional coupon for a bogo on full price drinks. The room was new and clean. Very much in the Margaritaville style. There is a pool that looks lovely. Comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms are a little small, but the king room was fine for two people. "

"Tough to beat the value in hotels this close to Central Park. Comfortable bed, rooms are as quiet as you can hope for in the city, and the rooftop bar is pretty damn great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely modernised, tastefuly decorated hotel. Spotlessly clean lobby, lits and rooms. Super friendly genuine staff in all areas who take time to chat. Basic cafe, but great coffee served by friendly staff. Excellent bed and pillows in rooms. Nice furnishings, plus mine had a fridge, safe and sofa courtesy of an upgrade offer. The bathroom was spotless. Always lots of hot water, and clean, soft, towels. Decent quality soaps etc too. Housekeeping were great, quiet and respectful of guests...
