Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Great location in heart of the Old Town. Beds and linen are top quality. Mattress is firm but they offer a soft topper on check in which made for a very comfortable sleep. Restaurant food is fabulous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and work hard to please you. My only negative is that, at times, it was a bit over bearing. Ms Lily and Mr Liam deserve a special mention.

The staff were extremely attentive and pleasant at the hotel - special mention to the staff on reception. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is ideally located by the old quarter and by the lake, convenient to shops and restaurants.

We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

Clean, central and everyone super helpful

Absolutely unbelievable service.

The location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help. The spa provided extremely reasonably priced massages. We had arranged transfer to the airport through the hotel and when the flight time had been changed we were able to alter this at very short notice via email exchange which minimised stress. Would highly recommend!

Nice place to use as a base

Three 2 night stays in November/December 2015. Great location in the old town and in walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. In a 3 week trip with some great hotels and superb customer service, the level of service here managed to exceed even that to which we become used to.. The staff were excellent, helping us with money changing (chaperoning us to the money shop) our trip to Cat Ba, Taxis etc etc. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were beautifully fitted out and...

We have stayed at three other hotels in Hanoi previously but this one is by far and away the best! The staff are incredibly helpful and so welcoming, the facilities are great and immaculately maintained and the rooftop bar is an added bonus! The location is also perfect as it’s walking distance from the main attractions and also right by the lake. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi.

Great location - so much within short walking distance. In the Old Town so space at a premium meaning room without a window which was a bit claustrophobic. Very comfortable bed and bed linen. Great shower. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.
