Little things like remembering how you like your eggs at breakfast. We checked out of the hotel and came back 2 nights later as a stop off from ha Long Bay to Sa Pa and the staff still remembered us. "Property is very close to Old Town, Hanoi. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was bright, and had two huge outdoor balcony/terraces. It was very clean comfortable and had a nice, open kitchen. It was very easy to book the suite through the property manager, and she was available, and I was able to contact if there was any problems . Access was through a small coffee shop to an elevator directly to the suite. I would definitely stay again...

Every detail—from the prime location and pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and relaxing spa—exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, but special thanks must go to the Guest Manager, Rose. Her exceptional service was truly commendable and made our stay stand out. Honestly, the service level here felt even superior to the 5-star Hotel de la Coupole we visited in Sapa. My spouse and I are already planning a return trip to Hanoi just to stay here again. Highly recommended!"
