"Staff are amazing and friendly very helpful. Location of the hotel is great within a 5 minutes walk from all the important destinations and some great food spots. WiFi is very temperamental so doing work was difficult. And the walls are quite thin so if someone is noisy you can hear it clearly "

"Super helpful and nice receptionists. The facilities are clean and bed is comfy. They have a vast variety of breakfast options with tasty pho and crème brûlée. Train street at walkable distance so it’s very convenient - the only drawback is you will hear the train horns at night but it’s acceptable. "

"Great location. Staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Jimmi gave us some great recommendations and when our plans for the Ha Giang loop changed last minute Jimmi helped us by arranging an extra nights stay and a room for us on our return into Hanoi at 3am. Wouldn’t look anywhere else to stay on my next visit to Hanoi."
