"Had an excellent 2 nights stay in this hotel. The female receptionist was super polite and courteous to all the guests. Was given a free room upgrade and the staff knowing we were boarding an early flight the next morning, offered to pack our breakfast to go the next day. Room facilities were great, bed was very comfortable, room was clean and toilet was fully equipped. Not forgetting the wide variety of buffet breakfast. To the female receptionist, keep up that attitude "

"First time in Hanoi and we loved our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! Everything exceeded expectations. This stunningly modern hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, with Dong Xuan Market, Train Street, and tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff make this place shine! Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms. Would totally recommend and stay again! Huge thanks to the wonderful team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"
