"The Grand Hotel du Lac is an excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They speak English very well and treat you like royalty. Special thanks to receptionists Lilly and Abbey for making our 3 different stays memorable. The hotel is in an excellent location, is extremely comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet is great."
