The thing I loved most about Solaria was the staff. They are incredibly hospitable, very friendly and go the extra mile for guests. This is a beautiful hotel right downtown Hanoi walking distance from everything you could need. The roof top bar provides a beautiful sunset view and the cocktails we had were the best we drank in Hanoi (and we drank a lot at various places!)

We had a great four night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right near the lake with lots of dining choices close by. But by far, the greatest light of this hotel is the staff and how they look after you like family. This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!
