"This boutique hotel is in a great location. Staff are all so helpful and welcoming. Happy hour (2 for 1 drinks) in the evening at the rooftop bar was definitely a bonus. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local dishes and western options. Would definitely recommend."

"Hotel Rey was incredible! Ngoc was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with a late checkout which was most appreciated!"

"The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here."

"The room was clean, the staff was professional, and the location was within 15 minute walk of everything fun!"

"Was a great little hotel and location is close to main area "

"The location was great for us with most grabs were around 34000 dong if you weren’t walking to go to most tourist spots. Rooms were smaller in size but we only used them to sleep, they were clean and fairly quiet considering we were second floor. The staff were amazing and breakfast was good! We would definitely stay again!"

"A great hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning offering a welcome drink and helping with our baggage and offering services they had."

"The penthouse sweet is absolutely amazing!! So spacious, super clean, it’s an absolute must if you’re staying in Hà Nội "

"This place is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The place was very clean and well maintained. The entrance is in a residential alley and is very quiet at night. The room had plenty of amenities and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Excellent staff. Very accommodating, welcoming and helpful. Clean room and laundry options available. We had two teens + a toddler and two adults and was plenty of room in the two bedroom suite apartment. Very quiet location and easy to get around and walk everywhere"

"A great place to stay and our host was really helpful. Short walk to Old Quarter but really quiet spot. Definitely recommend. "

"Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room."
