The staff, especially Louisa, were so helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Irene was great at breakfast - very efficient. Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooftop bar is an oasis when you want a break from the hurly-burly. The rooms are great: extremely comfortable. Highly recommend. 10/10

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
