This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Special thanks to Mr Dong, Mr Jacky and Ms Anna

The room was very clean and well maintained. A fridge/freezer was so helpful. All of the staff were really helpful and let me know about fun things happening in the area without me even asking. The breakfast was good for the price and didnt take long either. Strongly recommend if you are staying in old town

Great location in heart of the Old Town. Beds and linen are top quality. Mattress is firm but they offer a soft topper on check in which made for a very comfortable sleep. Restaurant food is fabulous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and work hard to please you. My only negative is that, at times, it was a bit over bearing. Ms Lily and Mr Liam deserve a special mention.

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

The location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help. The spa provided extremely reasonably priced massages. We had arranged transfer to the airport through the hotel and when the flight time had been changed we were able to alter this at very short notice via email exchange which minimised stress. Would highly recommend!
