"Thank so much lucky Buddha for my stay during yet. It so wonderful to be long bien. If your looking for quiet this it it only a random dog and rooster at night. No horns or cars. The view from top is spectacular. I could see long bien bridge and downtown Hanoi during yet. My host family was super helpful and wonderful. Pool was as refreshing room had a view of river and cool breezes at night. Thank you lucky Buddha it's not goodbye only see you later. Cam on "

"The staff were very lovely, we used google translate to communicate with them the entire time. Yes, the hotel is located by the bridge but you have to get a taxi or grab every time you want to go into the old quarter/city centre as there is no feasible way to walk across. The room itself was technically clean, but it smelt very strongly of mould which made us feel quite sick and was definitely off putting. If you want to stay in Hà Nội I would recommend staying in the Old Quarter or surrounding...

"By far the friendliest staff and the most accommodating staff I’ve seen in a very long time. This hotel might not be a 5 star but the staff gives you 5 star treatment. If I had found this hotel in the beginning of my stay (a month in Vietnam) I would not stay anywhere else. Lucy and Tuan are the superstars at that location. I’ve never felt more welcomed at a hotel and this is the only hotel I never felt the need to take pictures of my luggage which I always do."

"Very nice reception from the staff at the entrance, beautiful and clean room with comfortable bed (but pillows too big, with no other options of softer ones). No black out drapes, despite being advertised. Breakfast was not good: small and noisy dining room with no windows, very limited choice, flies everywhere around food display, staff not very helpful, omelets greasy. That was surprising compared to the rest of the hotel."
