This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

This is a very clean hotel with a friendly staff that is right in the middle of the old quarter. super convenient for sightseeing shopping and eating . Staff answered every question I asked . Held my bags after checkout while i roamed around before my flight . They also arranged for airport transportation . Oh don't forget the Super breakfast .

It was our first time in Vietnam and hotel couldn’t be more helpful arranging an airport transfer for us upon arrival and providing us with a map and recommendations. Spa treatments were great and ate in the restaurant too which was also lovely. Hotel is in the heart of the old quarter (ask for a quiet room) and easy to walk to most places from there.

4 adults (two parents and two adult sons) enjoyed staying in this nice hotel. Right in the middle of the old quarter, very close to the main nightlife, with restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short walk. Could be noisy if you were at the front of the hotel at the weekend, but the better rooms were at the back - larger and more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent. Great stay, perfect location, spacious room, hot water, powerful shower, clean bathroom, nice clean bedding, comfy pillow, bed a bit hard and floor could do with a bit of bleach. Location is few steps away from bia hoi, you are in the centre of the action and its not loud in the room. We slept well. Great guys at the reception.

Excellent service

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

This hotel only opened a few weeks ago but it was the best hotel we've been to in Hanoi.
