The entire team is absolutely wonderful. Jimmy, Jenny, Lucy, Lily, Tommy, David, Max all are awesome. Very hospitable and warm. I always stay here whenever I visit Hanoi. It feels like home. Even the staff at the restaurant and Bar are excellent and very warm and caring.

Great hotel, great price. We were travelling on our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond for us. They quickly prepared our room despite it being very early, since we had arrived from Sapa on the overnight bus, so we could rest and clean up. We also enjoyed some well-made cocktails made by Peter at the Sky Bar. The staff at every operation were kind and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location near the lake and old quarter. Fantastic staff, great rooms, comfortable bed and linens, very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooftop bar has great views and a long happy hour. It feels lux without the price tag. The best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in here in Hanoi.

The location is in a busy area but then that is Hanoi. Located close to the lake, day and night markets and all the busy shops which is the exciting part of this city. The staff are outstanding. Kevin Tommy, Jennie and all the staff took a personal interest in making sure we had everything. Kevin spent his time marking out all the areas we should visit. The Restaurant staff were also first class. I will stay again at this Hotel when next I visit.
