"Love that it is pet friendly and has a cute little potty area right at front. Bellman was great! Checking in was a disaster as there was a line out the door and only 2 people working front desk. People from the “elite status” line kept cutting over to to the peasants side, because their own line was taking longer, as they had needy people who had 20 questions and disregarded everyone else that was waiting 40+ minutes for the line to move! Front desk workers had no order nor care when we peasants spoke up about it."
