"Put us in a room above air particular unit pushing fresh air in rooms. So noisy we could not sleep on of having to walk half a mile to our room. Also requested room with refrigerator and no response to my request, no refrigerator. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN "

"I used the self check in kiosk to avoid the very long check in queue and after downloading MGM app got a room assigned along with keys. Upon arriving to my room I find that house keeping had barely started cleaning the room which is a huge issue and disconnect between staff and app. Ended up with half clean room which to me is unacceptable for a higher end hotel. Other than that amenities are great, restaurants are amazing and O show is a must see."

"Convenient as far as access to entertainment, shopping, etc. Never encountered staff at any time. Place was crowded and noisy but thats what you expect in Vegas. No coffee pot or bottled water in the room. Bathroom faucet broken but no way to let anyone know. Adequate accommodations no sign of hospitality. "
