"Staff was awesome. Room large, window out side was dirty. Ruined the view. I was on a mobility scooter. The elevators closed so fast sometimes I could not catch it when it opened. Otherwise everything was excellent and I would stay there again "

"We recently stayed at the Excalibur and couldn't fault it. We chose to stay at Excalibur mainly because of its proximity to Allegiant Stadium for WrestleMania. It was within walking distance, which made it an easy decision. That convenience alone was a huge plus. That said, we ended up being pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The family room was clean, tidy and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The pool area was fantastic, with great drinks and snacks available at the pool bar. We also appreciated the complimentary towels and water. On top of that, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice that exceeded our expectations."

"The rooms come with no fridge unless you ask or pay extra for a fridge rooms are basic very old fashioned depending on which room the views are poor very dark in the rooms due to poor lighting "

"It was a place to sleep. The rooms themselves are a little outdated. There was mold all over the bathroom. The beds smelled like body oils. The mini fridge smelled awful when you opened it. The lobby was very nice! The hallways smelled musty and it overall didn’t feel clean and refreshing after a long day at the parks. It was priced fair comparing to some others in the area. The walk from the parks to the hotel took us about 16 minutes so not too far! There were some chilly days and we were freezing, our only option was to turn off the air, with no option for heat. It made the room very stale.there was torn up wallpaper in the hallway and it looked very tacky. The gift shop area is so overpriced, so be sure not to forget or need anything!!"

"The room was beautiful and clean. The maid service did an excellent job each day I was there. As far as the hotel itself, I was in the new tower which I didn’t love because it was so far away from everything in the Paris hotel. Also— the prices of the drinks/food in the room is sad. I know the price of that is usually a little more.. but $17 for a bottle of water and $10 for a small can of pringles.. come on now. And the only reason I consumed those two things is because once I got to my room and realized how far away from everything it was, I decided against walking back down to get a snack. So other than being super far away from everything and prices being insanely high, I really did enjoy my stay at Paris. This is my 2nd time staying there and would stay there again."
