Hotel is local to Downtown Portland ! Super fast and easy to walk everywhere. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Parking with a big car is a little stressful because parking spaces are tiny! But other than the parking garage place was great!

This hotel was super cute and the room was spacious with big open windows. The hotel was in walking distance of so much! And we took the little trolly for 2$. It was a perfect weekend. We will be staying here again!

Everything was great the staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the parking was really bad, super small and we ended up having to pay for parking since the garage was full.

We’ve been to Portland several times, but this was the first time we stayed at the Mark Spencer hotel. The location can’t be beat, our room was spacious with a great bed, and the staff were very courteous despite being shorthanded in the housekeeping department (our room wasn’t ready until 4:30). The wine happy hour at 5 was a pleasant bonus. Overall we’d stay there again.

Excellent comfortable bed and bedding, comfy robe too. My son was very comfortable on the foldout couch in our Premier Corner room. Great windows with light blocking shades. Nice kitchenette. Room service from Cheryl's on same block. They have the best food! Beautiful shower with light blue glass tile and heavy glass door with large format shower head.
