Staff was super super SUPER friendly! Scott checked us in and was as excited as we were for our weekend, offered us COOKIES (I'm a cookie fiend) and Anna helped me in a desperate situation when I needed sciccors. Great energy all around even in the Driftwood room, which we loved the dark vibes.
The room was lovely, curtains block the light and it was roomy and quaint. My only complaint was that the toilet paper is ACROSS THE ROOM in the bathroom, I'm 5'2 and had to extend my entire arm and lift my butt to get the toilet paper. I read that from another review and was thinking eh, how bad could that be...but it was hilariously dramatic.
Beds are SUPER comfy, the tea sets in the room were probably my favorite part - being able to chill out in the room with a hot cup of tea while getting ready for a party weekend was the Chef's kiss.
Safe area, we walked all up and down 11th, my father's place and more. Barely needed übers. Tons of shops and bars to keep 20 somethings fully entertained.
Would stay here again, 9/10. If you like great Gatsby, bougie vibes, and tea, this is the one.
