Staff was nice and the room and hotel were nice. The location was great for getting to and from local restaurants and bars, but there was a lot of homelessness and vagrancy in the area around the hotel.

The room was spotless, the dog beds and puppy gear was very appreciated! Kennedy and his staff are amazing, and so warmly welcoming! Ellie was on staff the night we arrived, and several nights after that, we felt so at home with the hospitality shown to us! Julie working day shift also made us feel like part of the family! Can’t say enough good things about this hotel, but it’s definitely the staff lead by Kennedy that really make it extra special.

The hotel, room, and staff were really nice. The area around the hotel has a lot of homelessness and drug use. My car was broken into in their parking lot. Staff helped me put plastic over the broken window and clean it up.

We love Stay Pineapple hotels! Super clean and trendy decor, incredible staff and service at every one of your locations we’ve stayed at! Great food on site! We love the bikes and water station, dog friendliness and the beds are extremely comfortable!
