I love staying at Pineapple hotels. This was my third time at the Rose and as always the staff was friendly, helpful, although we missed the coffee and cookie happy hour I love the water bar and free drink with stay. We love the big fluffy comforters and pillows making the bed super cozy. The Rose is close to shopping, food and great walk along the waterfront.

I chose this hotel for its location and proximity to most of the places I wanted to visit. The staff, especially Kennedy, were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The manager was beyond amazing and for that reason I would Stay here again. Unfortunately ( out of their control) we had people around us that were very noisey both nights. I would avoid staying near or under or in any of the conjoining rooms if you can. It seems to be a place for the parties. Overall a good stay. Parking right out front for 25$ a night, the water station was a nice touch at the front lobby. And the beds were comfy. Extra thanks to Kennedy who truly cared about our comfort and stay !

Good location, very convenient to light rail and easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Affordable self-parking. Just across the street from Waterfront Park. Very good waste reduction efforts, filtered drinking water, provided metal reusable water bottles, bag for recycling coffee grounds. Be sure to check with the hotel whether the on-site restaurant/bar is open on your dates.

Everything was great. You can rent bikes at the counter, I had 25% off food as an Expedia gold, the river was right across the street, and there was a bar next door if the restaurant and bar there wasn't enough.

We loved the place, rad location and the staff are supa nice. The loud fire alarm went off twice. Once in the middle of the night but the staff were so sweet and apologetic and gave us breakfast! The beds are supa comfy!

Room was good size and good for our family. We didn’t realise that the house keeping was on alternate days but that wasn’t a big problem. We were short on towels but that wasn’t easily fixed with a phone call. Location of hotel is good for downtown but downtown is not great as a tourist imo. We were checked in quickly. The room was missing the pineapple pillow and fresh flowers shown in the room pictures. The shower was in need of a deep clean, especially the grout. The body wash in the shower was empty, but the front desk was quick to have it filled. The sliding door to the bathroom kept falling off the track, 24 hours after telling them, they offered us a different room. I couldn't get the room the cool and keeping the windows open wasn't an option. The train and homeless people right near the hotel were loud.The coffee was good and the free welcome drinks were a nice touch. It is close to public transportation.

What a fun, creative and dog friendly hotel. The location was super convenient. We attended the Blues Festival and brought a pup along. The park is across the street for dog walking and minutes away for the Festival. Restaurant was good, employees all friendly and helpful! Loved our stay and we will be back.
