Nice property with ice rooms and friendly staff that greet you every time you walk back in. The room we got was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds and a bath/shower. The valet was often very busy and wasn’t there when we called down to get our car.

The Benson is a favorite of ours. It is a beautiful property in a very convenient location. The staff is always helpful and professional. I just can't say enough nice things about this property.

Beautiful historic property with a gorgeous fireplace in the stunning lobby and an interesting history detailed in the famous marble stairwell. The location was perfect for quick trips to Powell’s City of Books - our absolute favorite go-to spot every time we visit Portland. The room was nice with firm mattresses on the beds, however the bed has a wooden frame around the box spring and I saw stars when I slipped and banged a toe on it.
