The staff was AMAZING! My kids and other half were ghost hunting. And staff noticed and offered to show em around a bit and asked if theyd like to go down it to some closed off areas to do a lil hunting. Blew my expectations out of the water. It was our second time staying at The Benson, and we really enjoyed it again! The hotel maintains high standards for its guests. All the staff—room service, reception, and waiters—were very friendly and helpful once again. The room was tidy and clean, and the bathroom was very spacious.
