This was our first stay with this provider and we were really impressed. Very luxurious feel, nice amenities in the room and great service at the front desk, plus good free self serve coffee options in the lobby. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a fun evening at the on site bar, enjoying the food and drinks. The location is perfect for exploring the downtown core on foot, for grabbing the streetcar to go further afield, or to take a short drive to see destinations on the outskirts of town. Also, most of the tour companies seem to have their pick up point conveniently within a block of the hotel. The valet parking service, while at a cost, is appreciated since self parking in Portland is limited and challenging.

Good choice for Portland. Quiet, comfy beds, decent bathroom, what you want for a weekend stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and the bar. Area was OK but downtown Portland in general is pretty sad these days, though that is hardly the hotel's fault.

Great location & really nice property. My room was super comfortable, and I upgraded to a room with a terrace which was really nice. Nice dining options and a nice bar inside the hotel. The staff wasn’t as friendly as I would expect. The young woman in the restaurant at lunchtime was so rude that I decided not even to order anything, one of the doorman didn’t open the door for me when I was walking into the hotel, and the guy at the front desk wasn’t very nice either. I think you guys need to, improve your friendliness of your staff. It makes a big difference in the experience of your guests.
