Overall was a great hotel! Very friendly staff. Also it’s clean, just wish the fridge was a little bigger it could only fit about 2 water bottles.

The kitchenettes have been renovated since the last time we stayed here. Really nice! And the location near Washington Park is great for walking old neighborhoods and getting great views of the downtown skyline.

The location is convenient as it is a short walk to Washington Park (Japanese garden and rose garden). It is also a short walk to downtown as well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were placed in the 2 story building across the street and our room was located at the top of metal stairs, that made a lot of noise when walked upon. We also had very noisy neighbors that were up all night, seemingly yelling at one another. There was also a mistake when we checked in and they wrote down the wrong room number for us and someone knocked on our door, after we'd gone to sleep, to figure out the situation. We were staying there because of a cancer appointment at Legacy and not being able to get a good nights sleep made for an even more stressful visit.

We always love staying at Parklane Suites. The rooms across the street are updated and small but clean. The suites are kind of funky but spacious and have kitchens. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We love that we can walk to Timbers games at Providence Park. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
