"The check in process was horrible and unorganized. It took over an hour to check in. Also, one of the elevators was broke down and caused a lot of congestion and wasted time as well."

"The location is perfect, close enough to the strip and Henderson and conveniently close to the airport and rental cars. The rooms and dining room were nice and inviting. Breakfast isn't anything special but it's still a nice continental breakfast. Plenty of parking and a convenience store to top off the accommodations. I will definitely be staying here again."

"I was bitten by bugs while sleeping, and I broke out in large rashes on my arms and legs!! I went to the hotel staff, but I didn't get any compensation."
