"The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "

"Check in was fine. We arrived around 3:00 pm, but our room was not ready, so apparently we were given an upgrade. Not sure what the upgrade was, we were on a floor that was being modified, and it appeared we were the only ones there. We did have a balcony and sliding door, but they were in bad shape. The room though was spacious, had an extra lounge chair and it was very clean. Just do not have a Buffet Breakfast at the ground floor. For two of us, it was almost $75. Totally ridiculous. "Dream Hotel is my happy place! With a rooftop pool, a bar and a delicious Mexican Restaurant (Naked Taco) next door that delivers poolside, what more can you ask for? Oh, and did I mention it’s a block away from the beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and towels, too? The glass of Prosecco at check in is a nice new touch since my last visit in ‘22!! You’ve got to check it out!"

"Location was great for walking or if you're taking the subway. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room had issues with our bathroom and closet doors which we got help with and I think there may have been a bit of mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The stay overall was good and the hotel otherwise is nice."
