Overall: good. Not a fan of the area around Courtyard. Simply put: not safe! Staff (reception, cleaning staff, and coffee shop/restaurant) is polite and professional. I would recommend only for a short stay for work as the location is still central and close to everything!

My flight was canceled and I was unable to make it the first night. Despite the fact that I contacted the hotel property, Courtyard Marriott corporate and Expedia several times each said I had to talk to the other and they charged me $255 for that night. Outrageous.
