Before booking this hotel, we called to confirm that the shuttle service could still accommodate our group if we arrived after midnight. I was told that all we had to do was call and the shuttle would come (shuttle service wasn't running after midnight, so wanted to know if it was an "on call" service after that). I reminded him one more time that our flight would arrive after midnight and he assured me, no problem. So we booked! After our group of 13 were ready, we called the hotel and were told the shuttle was done for the day. It cost us $150 in taxi charges to get to the hotel. Upon arrival, front desk could care less with no compensation offered. They also forgot to mention that the shuttle in the morning only ran on the hour, so we were 4 mins late and car rental gave our vehicle away on the long weekend!

Check in was very efficient & we were given a room with 2 queen beds at the back of the property so very quiet. Didn’t go to the restaurant as there are no Vegan options.
