Nice hotel with wonderful employees. Rooms could use a refresh but the great location makes up for that. The hotel lobby has access to underground tunnel system. We used it to walk to Union Station in less than 15 minutes. Really convenient.

I love it here. Always the friendliest reception staff, so accommodating & kind. Love the proximity to the ballet and the Eaton Centre. Great area in Toronto for me!

Our stay this time was okay. Hotel is clean as usual and close to everything but we ended with a room next to the elevator shaft and you could hear the elevator cars moving all night.
