This was a birthday get away for my partner and I have to say I was very embarrassed for choosing this property. The pictures they advertised for the rooms were very misleading. Looked nothing like the room we were giving. Don’t get me wrong the outside of the property is nice, the lobby is pleasing and the area is great, also the amenities for the kids, we we’re traveling with our 10 year old, and he was obsessed with the water slide and pool area. But as soon as you take the elevator up, which had stains on the carpet, a missing emergency button and a loose railing, it got worse. The hallway carpets are run down with stains,the room doors were dirty on the outside. Upon entering our room, I noticed wall paper peeling off in numerous places, scratched up furniture, toilet was not cleaned well, bathroom floor was in bad shape, shower had visible mildew. I really can go on. I really hate to complain and never do but this is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve traveled a lot!
