The receptionist/host was the best. A couple of services were available, but only when you ask. If staying for more than 1 day, you have to ask for the room to be refreshed. Also an airport shuttle was available only if you asked.

My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night to attend a funeral. The room was very clean and the king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband has a mobility disability and requires the use of a walker. The hotel was easily accessible except for the location of the dining area for breakfast as there were a number of stairs to climb and no elevator access to this room. With the use of the handrail and my assistance he can manage stairs and I would go back down the stairs and carry up the walker. An employee (who I don't think could speak English) came immediately to offer his arm to my husband for balance and then went back down to carry up his walker. On leaving the dining room another gentleman saw the difficulty my husband was having descending the stairs and offered his arm for assistance while another man brought down the walker. We were very appreciative of this courtesy. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

It was close to the airport and easy to access. Driving to this location was easy. The rooms were nice and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was fairly standard but good. Eating area was well maintained. I would recommend this place to friends and family travelling. I would also stay here again.

Staff was great. Hotel clean. Close to airport. Shuttle a bonus. Only complaint is the same complaint I have for almost all Toronto hotels. Overpriced !
