Wonderful, friendly, and helpful front desk staff. Perfect location within two minutes of two metro stations and adjacent to some marvellous shopping and the ROM and Bata museums. Hotel is top; spacious room, comfy bed, great room amenities. Very quiet. Love love love.

This was the worst 4—to 5-star hotel I have stayed in, and I have travelled extensively. The worst part was when I asked the receptionist at 12 if there was a bottle of water in the room, and I was told that tap water was safe to drink there. I will soon post my review on social media
