The property was nice. My only complaint is regarding the room upgrade. I had already booked the deluxe room for our stay. Earlier that day I was advised over the phone that I should ask for Tanya upon my arrival to get the upgrade. Rather than telling us whether there was any available issues, Tanya said we had been upgraded and tried to pass off the original room as an upgrade. I would’ve preferred honesty or being told there were no room upgrades available as it is subject to availability. The fact that the staff at this hotel tried to deceive my husband and I was incredibly disappointing.
