The bartender and bar staff in the lounge in the lobby were amazing super kind and helpful. All the staff were very polite and nice during my short stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here and avians recommend to others.
It was a good experience. Though the covid scenario didnt make it perfect. But great room.
Clean, well stocked and the pool was great. Reception desk was friendly and it was quiet.
A little different exterior than Quebec city’s and Banff’s Fairmont since it’s in downtown Toronto but it was still amazing... the receptionist was super nice 😂 gave me a free wifi since btw wifi is not free. valet and the greeter lady was fun too and there’s a municipal parking close! I stayed ...
Amazing hotel, highly recommend it!!! The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. Excellent service and the staff is nice and very helpful. We arrived earlier than the check in and they tried their best to offer us our room as soon as possible. The rooftop pool is just amazing with the view.
The hotel room was clean. Very supportive staff specially Mr. Hamza. Big Shout out for him. Thanks.
