"Staff was terrific, room and bath were very large and clean, fixtures were modern, tv was 65 inch, bed was comfortable, and all the amenities one could ask for. Stay here, you won’t regret it."

"I always stay here because it is an excellent location, extremely clean, and includes a great breakfast. It is walking distance from train station and theatres. "

"The room was find. We have been upgraded but there was an evidence of leak on the ceiling. They had not plastered yet."

"This was the last stop on our journey across North America and it was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent with plenty of bars and eateries within just a short stroll. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty with a very generous time period. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly which added to the pleasant stay. If we’re ever back in Toronto, we’ll be returning here without hesitation."

"Excellent. Overall outstanding hotel."

"The overall stay was good. However we had house keeping bother us when asked not to, we had a late phone call wake us up for no reason. Also when asked about the pool and hot tub hours there was no mention that the hot tub was not working. We only found out it was closed when we went up afterwards. Disappointed about that since we had long days and lots of walking. Food was pleasant even given the mid to higher prices; As to be expected in a big city tho. "
