The location is perfect, every time we comes to Toronto for a raptors game we stay here because it is walking distance to The Eaton Centre and a short uber (10-15 min) to the Scotiabank Arena"

"Room was absolutely disgusting, had to clean it just to feel safe. Had to change rooms 3 times in just one day, and had no hot water. Told them come after 9am to fix and two random men at 7am let themselves in the room unannounced while sleeping. This place is an absolute SCAM. Do NOT stay here the pictures aren’t reality!!!"

"The room at the Fairmont Royal York is dated and needs a major renovation. The bed also needs replacement and the bathroom is very dated for the price that is being charged for this room. Time to invest. "

"I have stayed at Anndore House before and it is still a great place to stay: layout, rooms, proximity to Bloor Street Shopping, nearby restaurants! The staff were amazing. Hannah at check-in was fantabulous. Would definitely stay here again. "
