"The room layout was great. It was also awesome to have a full kitchen on hand so that I could make my breakfast in the morning. It was a short walk to the Bloor TTC station. The parking was fine also. My only real complaint was the heating/cooling system for my room. It was a wall type unit with no means to set a temperature. I had to turn it on and off as I needed. I was told that some of the rooms had this setup and others had an actual thermostat."

"I stayed for one night for a business meeting and was really impressed. The layout of the hotel was super interactive, with different hangout areas, quiet zones, workstations, couches, and TVs — it made the space feel lively while keeping the hallways nice and quiet. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked big and very clean. The 24/7 coffee and tea station was a huge bonus. Staff were extremely helpful, and the signage around the hotel answered all the usual questions like pool hours, breakfast times, and parking rules, which made everything easy. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and smooth, even though I booked through a third party. My room was clean, quiet, and the TV worked perfectly. Overall, a great stay for a quick business trip."
